A hidden treasure in Baldivis, Brother of Mine was created by two brothers (go figure) who have a passion for local produce and good coffee. Their sweet potato, beetroot and quinoa patty is lathered in their secret mayo (sorry vegans, this one’s not for you) and stuffed with crispy kale chips (#genius). Add a side of chips and coleslaw and you have yourself a plate of veggie heaven.
