Brother of Mine, Baldivis
A hidden treasure in Baldivis, Brother of Mine was created by two brothers (go figure) who have a passion for local produce and good coffee. Their sweet potato, beetroot and quinoa patty is lathered in their secret mayo (sorry vegans, this one’s not for you) and stuffed with crispy kale chips (#genius). Add a side of chips and coleslaw and you have yourself a plate of veggie heaven.
We just couldn't believe it when we received contact from The WA Good Food Guide informing us of our nomination into the 'Top 25 Casual Dining Award' category. We have been so super stoked already with the reception received from our community and to be considered for an industry award at such an early stage of business was awesome. Brothers Jos and Ben Whettingsteel have trained their considerable hospitality guns on a shopping centre in Baldivis. They bring with them restaurant and café experience in Melbourne and the UK.
