The Company:

Brother of Mine is a hospitality brand built by two brothers Ben & Jos who’s joint experience and industry passion has created a brand on a mission of delivering ‘True Hospitality’. 
Based in burbs of Baldivis, ‘BOM’ is made up of both a Cafe/Restaurant and a Coffee Roastery and currently has a team of over 35 people who live and breathe our company values. 
Collectively our efforts have been recognised by multiple awards including recent ‘Cafe of the year’ awarded by R&CA.
Our restaurant goal is to become the no.1 in Australia.

The Role:

Your primary focus will be customer satisfaction at our Restaurant in Baldivis. 
Hours will be up to 38 hours per week made up of up to five shifts during the day, evening’s and weekends.
You will be fully trained in the service of specialty coffee, food, beverages and alcohol.
You will hold a high level of menu and brand knowledge and be able to answer the many questions asked by our guests.

What will you be doing?

You will be working a high paced section where you will tend to the needs and requirements of our guests and delivering a high standard of food and drinks service. Your mindset will focus on our ‘brand promise’ of ‘true hospitality’ and ‘our mission’ ‘to make people happy’. 
You will work closely with the manager’s and owner’s to archive your sales/service targets & KPI’s.

Ideally you will have:

Gratitude, Ambition, forgiveness & accountability
Flexible working availability.
Experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
Sales and customer service experience.
Passions in coffee, food and beverages.
A selfless desire to make people feel happy.

Your primary focus will be brewing and serving ‘to spec’ specialty coffee and beverages at our Restaurant in Baldivis. 
Your main activities include beverage preparation, machine maintenance, cleaning and of course customer service.
Hours will be up to 38 hours per week made up of up to five shifts during the day, evening’s and weekends.
You will also be fully trained in the service of specialty coffee, food, beverages and alcohol.
You will hold a high level of coffee, menu and brand knowledge and be able to answer the many questions asked by our guests.

What will you be doing?

You will normally be working in a very high paced section as a team and sometimes single handed where you make beverages ‘to spec’ following our service standards and recipes. You will be responsible for brewing coffee through multiple techniques to the required levels set out by the owners. You will tend to the needs and requirements of our guests and contribute to delivering a high standard of food and drinks service. 
Your mindset will focus on our ‘brand promise’ of ‘true hospitality’ and ‘our mission’ ‘to make people happy’. 
You will work closely with the manager’s and owner’s to archive your sales/service targets & KPI’s.

Shifts will be during the day, evening’s and weekends at busy periods.
You will be fully trained in beverage production, cleaning, food safety and alcohol.
You will be expected to hold a high level of menu, floor plan and brand knowledge and be able to answer the many questions asked by our guests at the till.

What will you be doing?

You will be working in a small team in a fast paced section where you will need to demonstrate a high level of cleanliness and organisation whilst tending to the needs and requirements of our guests at the till.  Your mindset will focus on our ‘brand promise’ of ‘true hospitality’ and ‘our mission’ ‘to make people happy’. 
You will work closely with the manager’s and owner’s to archive your service targets & KPI’s.

Ideally you will have:
